What is the time limit per call?
There is no hard limit on individual call duration. Your plan includes a set number of call minutes per month. Once you reach your monthly limit, additional minute rates apply. Check your plan details in the dashboard for your current usage.

Can I cancel anytime?

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans include 2 free months โ equivalent to a ~17% discount versus monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your account settings.
What happens if I exceed my call minutes?
You will receive an email alert as you approach your monthly limit. Additional minutes are billed at a per-minute rate based on destination country. You can also upgrade your plan mid-month to get more included minutes.

Where is my data stored?
LimeCall data is stored on secure servers in the EU and US depending on your account region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS and AES-256 encryption.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete call recordings, contact data, and your entire account at any time from your dashboard. Data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of deletion.

What call quality can I expect?
LimeCall uses HD Voice (wideband audio) on supported connections. Call quality depends on your internet connection โ we recommend at least 1 Mbps upload/download per simultaneous call. Our dashboard flags calls with quality issues so you can investigate network problems.
