What if the lead hangs up after five seconds?
It is not counted. The clock has to pass ten seconds with both parties connected before anything is billed.
Do scheduled callbacks count the same way?
Yes. However the call was arranged, the same rule applies — a rep and a lead, connected, past ten seconds.
What if I go over my allowance?
Extra callbacks are 60¢, 50¢ or 40¢ depending on plan. Prepaid packs of 50 cost less than the overage rate on every tier.

No. It is one workspace price with users included — 1, 3 or 5. The per-user figure on the table is the effective rate, not a line on your bill.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes, numbers can be ported in. Until the port completes your new number works alongside it, so nothing goes unanswered.
How many numbers do I get?
One on Personal, two on Team and two on Business. Extra local numbers start at $3 a month on any plan.
Which countries can I get a number in?
Included numbers are US, UK or Canada. Team and Business can add numbers across 16 countries; some require local documentation before activation.

Do I have to switch products to add another?
No — adding is never a trade. A Virtual Phone customer who wants AI keeps their phone plan and adds AI capacity beside it, on the same workspace and the same invoice.
Am I charged twice if one customer touches two products?
No. One interaction touches one meter. The AI handling a conversation is AI minutes; a human callback connecting is one callback; your team dialling out is phone usage. Never all three for the same customer.
