Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your LimeCall subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings, then Billing, then Cancel Plan. You can also email us at sales@limecall.com. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Refund eligibility

LimeCall operates a limited refund window. You may request a full refund only if both of the following are true:

If both conditions are met, we will refund your payment in full to the original payment method.

Strictly non-refundable once the service is used

Once any usage has occurred on your account, your payment is strictly non-refundable. This applies even if you are still within the 7 day window. Usage includes, but is not limited to, any of the following:

One time and provisioned services

Fees for one time or already provisioned services are non-refundable in all cases. This includes phone number setup and connection, number porting, add ons, and any credits that have already been consumed.

Annual plans

Annual plans follow the same rule. A refund is available only within 7 days of purchase and only if no usage has taken place. After 7 days, or after any usage, annual plans are non-refundable. Cancelling an annual plan stops future renewals rather than refunding the current term.

How to request a refund

To request an eligible refund, email sales@limecall.com within 7 days of your payment with your account email and the charge details. We will confirm eligibility and process any approved refund within 5 to 10 business days.
